Champ 2.0 - Take your athleticism to the next level

Explosive power, real strength, and unstoppable conditioning

Champ 2.0 is a 12 week high performance program designed to build explosive power, real strength, and unstoppable conditioning.

Building on the foundations of Champ 1.0, this program progresses you through structured strength, contrast, and power cycles, combining intentional movement selection, athletic based conditioning, and targeted mobility flows. Expect sessions that challenge your limits, develop your explosiveness, and build a body that performs, not just looks strong.

Program Structure:
 

  • Duration: 12 weeks

  • Progressively building over 3 cycles of each 4 weeks

  • Frequency: 5 training days per week

  • Session length: 60-90 minutes, including mobility, activation, main strength/power work, and accessory training.

     

Weekly Breakdown:
 

Day 1 – Lower body strength & power
Builds strong, explosive legs with heavy lifts power-based jumps, and accessory work.

Day 2 – Upper body strength & power
Combines horizontal and vertical pressing with rotational core strength for balanced upper body performance.

Day 3 – Sprints and conditioning
Session focused on sprint mechanics, speed and targeted conditioning to build endurance.

Day 4 – Full body strength & athletic movement
Integrates lower and upper movements with rotational lifts and dynamic complexes to build coordination, power transfer, and structural balance.

Day 5 – Prehab & high intensity conditioning
Working on the neglected muscle groups for stronger joints, tendons, and body as a whole, followed by HIIT-based conditioning to build work capacity and mental toughness.
