You’ll leave stronger, sharper, and more confident, with a real taste of Muay Thai.
It's for you if you want to:
Train smarter, not just harder, and build a powerful, resilient body
Build strength, power, mobility, and conditioning the right way
Experience authentic Muay Thai and learn why the movements work
improve your technique, your body awareness, and your performance with professional coaching
be surrounded by people who want to grow, regardless of their sport or level
experience Phuket, move daily, and enjoy a week you'll remember
Come alone, as a couple, or with friends. Just bring the willingness to show up. We’ll take care of the rest.

What makes this retreat different
This retreat isn't your regular bootcamp. It's an entire week combining athletic training and the Muay Thai lifestyle, delivered the way athletes actually grow: through structure, progression, and a strong group environment.

Athletic Training
You'll train like an athlete: strength, power, mobility, conditioning in the right dose. Everything is coached, explained, and adjusted to your level.

Adventure
Outside training, you'll experience the best of Phuket: island trip, Muay Thai fight night, elephant sanctuary and moments you'll remember forever.

Team Environment
Athletes always grow faster together. By the end of the week, you'll feel part of a group that pushes, supports, and learns together.

Muay Thai
Authentic Muay Thai, taught properly: stance, strikes, footwork, and flow. Every step is explained, and every drill fits your level.

About Nath
I’m Nath, strength & conditioning coach, owner of The Champ Factory, and I’ve worked with athletes, fighters, and everyday people worldwide for more than a decade.
I coach online and can reach hundreds, but my real passion is coaching people face to face.
That’s why I created this retreat: to bring people together, train smart, learn, move, and enjoy an unforgettable week in Thailand. My goal is to give you the coaching, structure, and experience that truly changes how you train and how you feel.

About Zoé
I’m Zoé, a professional Muay Thai fighter and trainer, currently ranked #3 in the world and competing at the highest level of the sport.
Throughout my journey as a fighter, I’ve developed a passion for understanding the theory behind the movements and the fight IQ required to truly excel in Muay Thai. Sharing this knowledge through group classes, private sessions, and seminars has become something I genuinely love. What motivates me most is seeing how quickly people can improve, grow in confidence, and feel proud of themselves.
I strongly believe that people progress faster when they enjoy what they do. That’s why I love creating classes where people can have fun, challenge themselves, and leave feeling even more energized than when they arrived.
I met some of my closest people through sports & Muay Thai, coming from all around the world, and I hope you will do too!
