Champ 1.0 is a 12-week strength and conditioning program designed to help you unlock peak athletic performance. Built for athletes, fighters, and anyone wanting to reach their full potential.

Built on the same performance principles as CHAMP 1.0 and 2.0, this 3-day-per-week system delivers elite quality training in a compact format that fits real life.
The program is divided into three progressive 4-week cycles, each building the next level of athletic capacity:

Cycle 1: Foundation

Foundation & Prep Develop movement quality, control, and balanced strength.

Cycle 2: Development

Development & Load Increase complexity, refine rotational and unilateral control, and elevate intensity.

Cycle 3: Performance

Performance & Output Refine coordination, power, and flow under fatigue for complete athletic performance.

Each week blends:

  • ⁠⁠Mobility and activation for durability and movement efficiency

  • Athletic strength training that builds usable power

  • ⁠Plyometrics and core work to sharpen explosiveness and control

  • ⁠Conditioning blocks for strength-endurance and recovery capacity
