Train Like an Athlete Champ 1.0 is a 12-week strength and conditioning program designed to help you unlock peak athletic performance. Built for athletes, fighters, and anyone wanting to reach their full potential. The program is divided into three progressive 4-week cycles, each building on the last to enhance your performance step by step: • Cycle 1: Foundation – Focus on mobility, prehab, and mastering strength fundamentals while introducing explosive movements and conditioning. • Cycle 2: Development – Turn up the intensity with plyometrics, sprint work, and strength to develop speed and power. • Cycle 3: Performance – Bring it all together with advanced strength, power, conditioning, and sprint work for elite-level athletic performance. Each week includes 5 training sessions blending: • Mobility to optimize movement and prevent injuries • Prehab to strengthen weak links and improve durability • Plyometrics, jumps, and agility for explosiveness and coordination • Strength training to build foundational and functional power • Power development to move heavy and fast • Conditioning and sprint work to build endurance and explosive speed Champ 1.0 is more than a workout plan—it’s a complete blueprint for training like an athlete.
