Travel Info
Airport
The airport is Phuket International Airport (HKT).
It's 45–60 minutes from Chalong, depending on traffic.
Taxis are easy to find, or we can help coordinate transport.
Visa
For most nationalities:
No visa needed for stays up to 30 or 45 days (visa exemption / visa-on-arrival depending on your passport).
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
Check your country’s specific entry rules before travel.
If you want to stay longer than the retreat, you can:
Extend your stay in Phuket.
Or apply for a longer tourist visa before arrival.
What to Bring
Keep it simple. Phuket is warm, humid, and tropical.
Training gear:
Training clothes, shoes for gym + outdoor sessions, swimwear, small towel
Essentials:
Sunscreen, mosquito repellent, reusable water bottle, hat, sunglasses, light clothing, any personal medication, travel insurance copies
No need to pack heavy — laundry is available nearby.
Accommodation
You'll stay at a quiet and comfortable boutique resort in Chalong, perfect for training and relaxing between sessions.

Your safety is the priority throughout the retreat.
Travel insurance is mandatory.
Without valid travel insurance, you cannot participate.
Your insurance must cover:

You’ll need to provide proof of insurance before the retreat starts.
All training sessions are coached and adapted to your level. If you have any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions, you must inform me in advance so we can adjust your training safely.
During the week, listen to your body. If something doesn’t feel right, tell me immediately. We’ll scale or change movements.
All activities are run with safety in mind.

I coach online and can reach hundreds, but my real passion is coaching people face to face.
That’s why I created this retreat: to bring people together, train smart, learn, move, and enjoy an unforgettable week in Thailand. My goal is to give you the coaching, structure, and experience that truly changes how you train and how you feel.
