  • Who can join The Champ Factory programs?
    Everyone who is serious about training, and is dedicated to train like an athlete. If you are looking to improve strength, agility, power, coordination as well as confidence and an athletic body, this program is for you.
  • How does the Individualized Program work?
    After a call, where I will understand more about your current training, your goals, your schedule,… we will set up a time when to start the fully personalized training program. You can send me messages and videos for me to review.
  • What equipment do I need for the programs?
    Band (light to moderate strength) Box Rack Pull-up bar Barbell Medball or deadball Weights (plates) Kettlebells Dumbbells TRX or rings (or substitute with a medball/foam roller) Bench (or stability ball) Treadmill or running space Rower, ski erg, or assault bike
  • What equipment do I need for the Champ Core Program?
    Kettlebells and/or dumbbells Barbell or ab roller Rig (or somewhere you can hang from) GHD (Glute Ham Developer) or box Deadball A resistance band (light to moderate resistance)
  • How long do I have access to the programs?
    You will have access to the program on the app for 6 months. If you need more time to complete the program, you can always contact me.
  • How do I receive the programs?
    You will receive your program via an app called WeStrive. After downloading the app you will be able to find the program. Each movement has a video to show you how to do perform the exercise. You will be able to track your numbers, follow your progression and message me.
  • Refund Policy
    Due to the digital nature of our programs, all sales are final. Once a program is purchased, you receive immediate access to the full content. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
